Message from the mission...

I received an email on Sunday from a lady in the ward where Tyler is serving. Here it is:

Hello to Elder Nash's family,I am Sister Tobler, I wrote you just after he arrived in the mission. I just wanted to drop you a note today to let you know how Elder Nash is doing. He and Elder Lyman talked in Sac. meeting today. Your son is doing so well. He is getting very tan also. At least a farmer tan. He gave a very good talk about missionary work and about his wonderful family. He was touched to tears about the recent sealing of a brother to you I believe. He was over to my house this week. They had been visiting my elderly neighbor, Mary. I noticed how your son is so much more talkative and outgoing about the mission. He seemed to be taking the lead in the discussion at the house. He is very focused and really sincere about leaving messages with the families and having prayer. He really has come out of his greenie shell and is really doing a good job. He bears a strong testimony and is really doing a nice job. You should be very proud of him. I asked Sister Crowshaw about them and she says they are doing fine at her home and being good elders. Our son has been out a year on the 25th . This is such a special time for the families back home. I hope you are enjoying the monday emails as we are. Anyway he looks good and is really a fine missionary.Have a good week. Love Sister Gayle Tobler

It is just so sweet that people take the time to write letters like this. They mean a ton to the families. Thanks Sister Tobler!
